HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

When you see an item you would like to purchase, simply click on "Add to Cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Once you’ve finished browsing, click on "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Process My Order" to complete your order.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES?

All prices on our site are displayed in Swiss Franc (CHF) and will be charged in Swiss Franc. Alternatively, you can calculate the conversion rate to your own currency here.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be processed, packed and dispatched within 48 hours after the payment.

If the Quran is an pre-order it will be delivered in 3 weeks.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?

All international orders can take between 7 – 10 business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind customs delays can significantly alter estimated arrival dates.

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Yes you can! Once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link, which you will be able to track online here to see exactly where your item is.
